This event is logged every time you open NTBackup and/or perform a backup using NTBackup. The backup still works successfully however.

This error might be logged not only with Iomega but other Non-Tape backup devices such as CDROMs for example.

You are getting this error because the device does not support the media ejection lock/unlock (SCSIOP_MEDIUM_REMOVAL) operation code.

If your backup works successfully then you can ignore this event.
