This event is logged by EventSentry because EventSentry has encountered an error while communicating with an email server.

EventSentry can be configured to send out emails through SMTP targets (aka as notifications). SMTP targets can be added by right-clicking on the notifications container and selecting "Add Target".

Only an Email address is required for returning users.
