This event is logged by EventSentry because a performance counter is back below the configured threshold, clearing a previous alert.

Performance monitoring allows you to monitor all performance counters available and exposed by the OS.

This feature can be configured at "Packages -> System Health Packages -> Package Name -> Performance Monitoring -> "+" (add a performance counter) or "-" (remove a performance counter)".
