This event is logged by EventSentry because the instance of a performance counter exceeded the limit set for the performance monitoring alert.

Performance monitoring allows you to monitor all performance counters available and exposed by the OS.

The threshold limit can be changed at "Packages -> System Health Packages -> Package Name -> Performance Monitoring -> Double-click on the performance counter -> Threshold Alret".
