This event is logged by EventSentry because a performance counter fell below the treshold limit set for the performance monitoring alert.

Performance monitoring allows you to monitor any performance counter available and exposed by the OS.

This feature can be set at "Packages -> System Health Packages -> Package Name -> Performance Monitoring -> "+" (add a performance counter)".
