This event is logged by EvenSentry because a shortcut to a file was registered in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup directory and will be run automatically when a user logs into the system.

Software Monitoring monitors startup directories and installed software to notify you of applications that are automatically run when a user logs in. You can configure this feature at "Packages -> System Health Packages -> Package Name -> Software Monitoring -> Monitor Autorun Locations"
