This event is logged by EventSentry when a process listed in "Process Monitoring" is not active. Process Monitoring monitors the status of processes.

You can monitor any processes by adding them to "Packages -> System Health Packages -> Package Name -> Process Monitoring -> Process Monitoring Process Name".
