This error is logged if Sophos can't download the latest virus definitions from the Sophos web site.
This is usually a temporary problem and probably only needs to be investigated if it happens frequently.
You can configure a threshold filter in EventSentry to only be notified if this event appears more than X times per hour for example.
Sophos have change their DNS records for the parent servers. Our firewall rules needed to be changed to reflect the new IPs of Sophos Parent servers. Once this was accomplished the EM library updated without issue.
Dependice was our FW rules are mapping the IP not the DNS record of the Parent servers.
